By engaging CLICKSQ for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, projects, and services provided by CLICKSQ. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with any engagement.
CLICKSQ provides social media management, content creation, copywriting, brand strategy, and website design services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement, which both parties must approve before work begins.
Payment terms will be specified in your individual proposal. For project-based work, a deposit of 50% is typically required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For retainer arrangements, payment is due at the start of each billing period. All work remains the property of CLICKSQ until payment is received in full.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in your proposal. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables in a timely manner. Delays in approval may affect project timelines.
Clients agree to provide all necessary materials, access, and information required for the project in a timely manner. This includes login credentials, brand assets, written briefs, and any relevant feedback. CLICKSQ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by late or insufficient client input.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all final deliverables created specifically for their project. CLICKSQ retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
CLICKSQ treats all client information as confidential. We will not share your business strategies, data, or sensitive information with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Either party may terminate a retainer arrangement with 14 days' written notice. For project-based work, cancellation after work has begun will result in a charge for work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
CLICKSQ provides services in good faith and aims to deliver measurable results. However, we cannot guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, or revenue outcomes, as social media performance is influenced by many external factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. CLICKSQ reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on this website.
